Requirements:
- Book Title
- Author's name (if desired on cover)
- Image/s (if desired on cover)
- Brief description of your book
You will receive a questionaire/ order form within 24 hours after placing this order. Once the questionaire is received, you must fill out and submit it within 24 hours from receiving the form.

E-Book Design orders can be complete within 7-13 business days. Order's start time will NOT begin until you complete the questionaire/order form that will be sent to your provided email within 24 hours. You must submit this form 24 hours upon receiving, preferably immediately after.
