Design Policy

Before placing any service orders, you MUST read this policy page.

PROCESSING TIME

A La Carte service orders will be completed within 7-13 business days. Orders that are over $200, typically require more time, due to more designing needs. These orders will be complete within 14-21 business days. Web design AND branding packages typically take between 14-31 business days for completion. Large branding packages may take longer due to the amount of design work, this can range from 21-60 days. Your order's start day will NOT begin until I have received ALL necessary information to begin your order. It is important that you fill out and submit all questionaire/ order forms within 24-48 hours upon receiving, preferably immediately after.

Please understand that turn around time can of course be sooner than times mentioned above. Turn around time is based on the amount of orders we have. We operate on a first come, first serve basis.

PAYMENTS

All payments made through this site are secured and private. All payments must be paid upfront, unless specified with you directly of another payment plan. Payments made online can be made will most debit and credit cards. We offer Sezzle,a third party payment company that we are partnered with. Sezzle allows you to make payments in 4 with 0% interest fee. If you want to use this budgeting option, click on Sezzle at checkout. 

 

 

PROOF DESIGNS

Proof design/s will be emailed to your provided email address. A proof design shows proof of what's been designed before your official approval. 

COMMUNICATION

Please communicate as needed. If a email is sent to you, please respond within 24-48 hours. Failure to respond in stated timely manner, can result in change of your project's completion time and can potentially lead to order cancellation. If you fail to communicate in a timely manner, unfortunately we will NOT issue a refund. All sales are final.

REVISIONS

Clients are guaranteed one original design. If for some reason, you are not satisfied with the first design concept, you are able to get an additional revision design at no cost. Revisions means that you want to make some changes, a overall new concept, modifications or design corrections. If a third design/revision will be requested, there's a $35 fee for most services. Services that are over $100 (due to more design time and concepts), will be a $50-$75 revision fee depending on the type of service. 

REFUNDS

KD23 Creations has a NO REFUND policy. All sales are final. There may be instances that can potentially grant partial refunds, but this will be decided upon KD23 Creations and is NOT guaranteed. If for some reason a client is rude or not following policies, I will decline down service and no refund will be issued, wether design process has started or not. 

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations can occur due to a few reasons. This can be due to no communication at all after a few days, being a rude customer, not responding to emails and questionaire forms within 24-48 hour time frame as mentioned above. If a cancellation has to be placed, you will be removed from my order list and if qualified for continued service, you will have to pay a $25 cancellation fee on top of a $40-$60 start up fee (cost depends on the service).

HAND PAINTED OR DESIGNED CANVAS AND APPAREL ORDERS

Processing time is 3-8 weeks. Shipping time will take between 3-5 business days once order is complete. Revisions are NOT included in this type of service. All designs are final. If you choose this service, that means you have full trust in my design skills and you are okay with the design's outcome.

You will be provided a tracking number once item/s to your provided email once order has been shipped. I am not responsible for any lost or damaged items. 

SHIPPING

If you purchased a product that requires shipping. Shipping will take 3-5 business days after processing/completion time. Please refer above, for processing time details. I am not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages. You will be notified with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. 

MONTHLY  RETAINER PLANS

Our retainer plans are a monthly subscription plan that allows you to book multiple graphic services according to your selected plan for a flat monthly fee. When you subscribe to our retainer program, you AGREE to monthly charges. You can deactivate your subscription or cancel but you must have a contract with us for at least 3 months minimum before cancelling. It is your responsibility to send us your design details monthly. An order form will be sent to your email address after you subscribe to this monthly service. READY MADE WEBSITES

All sales are final/ NO REFUND.

Ready made websites are websites that we've created from our own creative perspective/vision and we make it available to you for purchase option. This is NOT a custom design service. The website is already designed by us, we will just be adding your details.

 

You must submit order form/document that will be sent to you within 24-48 hours after purchasing. Once we've confirmed and verified your order, we will gather all necessary details and information that we may need to add to your site before transferring you ownership of the site. Additional information would include products you may need us to upload, your policy details,etc. Once we've transferred the site to you, have have full ownership. We do highly recommend that you keep us listed as an administrator/web designer of your site, so that we can do any updates or changes you may need.

The platform that your site is on, will be Wix. You will need a monthly subscription business plan to accept payments and make sales on your website. You'll receive an email that'll explain and provide details of what to do on your end once your website is transferred to you.

 

Some updates/changes may require an additional fee, in which we can send you an invoice if needed. We do have a small requirement, which is that our link stays at the footer of your website (bottom of page) .. example: (c) Your Business Name Co. All Rights Reserved 2023. Web Design by KD23Creations. This can not be removed. If you'd like this removed, there will be an additional fee of $150.
